Possible sponsorship participation formats
- Holding a satellite symposium of up to 4 hours with additional coffee breaks within the sessions;
- Providing the opportunity for three presentations of up to 20 minutes each with sponsorship support in an equipped hall;
- Organizing a live video broadcast of scientific presentations on a specialized online platform with the possibility of connecting listeners and receiving feedback;
- Providing 1 full page in the conference program for placing the company logo and advertising information in accordance with the participation format (the layout must be provided by the sponsoring company no later than October 1, 2026);
- Providing the opportunity to place advertising information about the company in the conference participants’ packages (materials must be delivered by the sponsoring company no later than October 19, 2026, to the address: 117437, Moscow, Profsoyuznaya St. 104, bldg. P.CCXV, room 4);
- Broadcasting the sponsor’s advertising and informational video during the event (the video must be provided by the sponsoring company no later than October 19, 2026, with a duration of no more than 240 seconds);

- Providing an area of 6 sq. m at the event venue for placing an exhibition stand with advertising and informational materials, with the right to choose the location.

- Holding a satellite symposium of up to 60 minutes. Each additional hour of the satellite symposium — 500,000 rubles.
- Broadcasting the sponsor’s advertising and informational video during the event (the video must be provided by the sponsoring company no later than October 19, 2026, with a duration of no more than 240 seconds);
- Registration of 2 company representatives.
