Abstracts
We will announce the start of abstract submission in June 2026.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
  • General abstract formatting:
    1. Title, in bold.
    2. Initials and surnames of all authors, in italics.
    3. Place of work, affiliations, of each author: the full address of the institution, including postal code. If not applicable, indicate “independent researcher”.
    4. Email address of the author responsible for communication with the conference organizers.
    5. Text.
    6. Source of funding, if applicable.

Technical Requirements
  • The text must comply with the following formatting rules:
    • Font: Times New Roman
    • Font size: 12 pt
    • Line spacing: 1.5
    • Margins: top and bottom – 20 mm, right – 15 mm, left – 30 mm
    • Text alignment: justified
    • Paragraph indent: 1.25 cm
  • Maximum length: no more than 5,000 characters including spaces (this includes all sections of the abstract)
    One small table or one figure is allowed (integrated into the Word file)
    Figures must be in black and white and are not subject to editing, so please ensure high resolution
    Abstracts are accepted in both Russian and English
  • Abstract Structure
    An abstract should include the following sections:
    • Introduction and Objective
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
    If the abstract includes a table or figure, it must be referenced in the text. Each table or figure must have a title. If a list of references is included, citations must be indicated in the text using square brackets […]. The reference list itself must be formatted according to the following rules.
  • Reference Formatting Guidelines
    If a publication has 4 authors, list all authors. If there are more than 4 authors, list the first 3 and add “et al.” In foreign-language sources, do not use periods after initials; place a comma before “et al.” In abbreviated journal titles, place a period only at the end. In the format “Year;Volume(Issue):pages”, do not put spaces after punctuation marks.
    Always check whether a DOI is available and include it, for example: doi: 10.1074/jbc.r112.438382. No additional information beyond what is specified here is needed.
    Citations to sources in the text should be given in square brackets; numbering must strictly follow the order of citation.
Abstracts are accepted in Russian and English

Poster Formatting Guidelines
  • PPoster placement will take place on November 1 from 12:00 to 14:00. To place a poster, the participant of the poster session should go to the office of the Organizing Committee, where they will receive assistance with placing the poster according to the display boards. Please check the location of the Organizing Committee at the registration desk during the event.

    The participant only needs to bring the poster; stationery for placing the poster will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
  • Speakers are recommended to be personally present during the poster sessions to present their results and answer questions.

    The poster format must correspond to the display board format: A0 landscape, 84.1 cm × 118.9 cm, height × width. It is recommended to use the developed template, PPT file. The title, authors, and affiliations must be clearly readable on the poster. Printing is arranged independently; there are many suitable companies in Moscow that accept orders online or on site, for example, there is a Kopirka office near the hotel.
Posters should be collected after 17:00 on November 3.
Uncollected posters will be disposed of.
