Posters will be attached on November 5th from 12:00 to 17:00 and on November 6th from 8:00 to 12:00 at the conference venue. To place a poster, poster session participants should go to the Organizing Committee office, where they will be checked and assisted with finding poster boards. Please check the location of the Organizing Committee at the registration desk on the days of the event.
Participants need to bring only their posters; poster display stationery is provided by the Organizing Committee.
Presenters are encouraged to be present in person during the poster sessions on November 6th and 7th to present their results and answer questions.
Poster format – to match the size of the poster boards – A0 landscape format, 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm (height x width). It is recommended to use the designed template (.ppt file). The title, authors, and affiliations must be clearly visible on the poster. Printing is done independently; there are many companies in Moscow that accept orders online or on-site. For example, also, there is a Kopirka office near the hotel.
After 5:00 PM on November 7th, posters should be picked up. Uncollected posters will be disposed of on November 8th.
